Probably Geography. I always found things like earthquakes and volcanos interesting when we had lessons on them. Science is close too though, bunsen burners!

first date? i'd just go for coffee or tea or something, just something that both of you can feel safe in and just casual enough to get to know each other a bit

but that's just me, you should fish for more advice than just mine too though

I wouldn't mind unlimited money. I know it's a cop out, but it's hard to not go with infinite funds, regardless of the effect it would have on the macroeconomic balance of the world.
