Firstly I just wanted to say how much my daughter and her friend enjoyed this convention. Everyone is always supportive and friendly and welcoming, and I know they will be back.

I do however need to express my concerns as I was made aware of a security guard working at the event kept staring at my daughter and following her, to the point she felt so uncomfortable and un nerved and it just creeped her out. I was not there otherwise well it's a good job I wasn't but her friends mum was with them and even commented on how much he was staring at her. They did I think tell a female member of staff, but I just wanted to make you aware of this as I would hate for this to happen to another persons daughter.

Thank fully this did not deter from the overall experience my daughter and her friend had.

Thanks.

Very disappointed in today’s event. Prices were beyond a joke and raffle I wouldn’t bother waisting your money with there stingy prizes

I've been attending Norwich anime con for 4 years running and this year just was not as good as previous years. The heat was quite overwhelming but there's absolutely nothing that could have been done about that in a venue with no air conditioning.
The timings were off, with one event 20 minutes later than scheduled. One event was changed last minute and announced at the time of starting. I take my autistic daughter with me and she really struggles when things aren't timed when they said they will be and when things change suddenly. She wasn't able to enjoy herself as much this year.
The vendors need price checking, too- or at least have guidelines for resale prices. One stall was selling labubus (which I bought for £17.50 on popmart) for £69 a piece! Another was selling them for £60!
The vibes downstairs were great as usual though, it's a nice little nerd cave and the karaoke and quiz are one of my favourite parts of the day.

this was my first time going to a anime league event, and there were some things that are making me want to avoid them in the future. while some bits were nice. the fact that a saturday judge was a minor and cassualy smoking/vaping was disgusting, and I do have to agree with another person that some of the vendors prices were outrageous. not all, but some were defo marking up the price to the extreme

and hearing another mention about that security guard, I am really glad I did not bring down my nephew to the event

Me and my friends had a great time at the convention in Glasgow! However, one of my friends was in a wheelchair and at one point we went up to the video game floor to have a look around and the space to get through the door was quite small, if it was any smaller, my friends chair wouldn't have gotten through. Also, there were chairs dumped all over the room which staff her to move out of the way just for my friend to be able to move in the room. I appreciate the staff moving the chairs but perhaps in future it would be nice if it was more accessible.
