Do as little as possible, try to calm down after the morning from hell (don't get me wrong I am NOT racist, but I can't work with the black guys running this place, they don't even have the ability to do summat as basic as a BATH for me in a morning! The reason I live here in the first place is because I can't do it myself!

I have taken a couple of holiday days for #1 Son's birthday. We've been busy all day today so it's a chillout day tomorrow.
