We're off to Em-Con in Nottingham next Sunday, mainly for Hugo "Treguard" Myatt from Knightmare.

Guys you have a terrible costumer support.
I paid 51£ for norwich conbook, never received any tickets, i tried to contact you by email and never emailed me back!
Tried to ring you on the number that shows on paypal transaction (because i couldnt find any other contact number) and it is switched off!
End of the story... i didnt went to norwich conbook with my kids and wife and i lost 51£!
I would love to see if somebody replied here!

Hi, person who has been to their cons about 5 times here. I am not part of customer support but I can try and point you in the right direction, apologies if this seems like you are being pointed in various directions but I will point out not many of us deal with the customer support side of things but I can mention the following people that can DM you in private about the matter once they see this: @Ferefire @LikkleMel @RedHat I will point out that Im assuming all of them are at the con rn so they will be busy- and I am guessing this is why they havent got back to you yet via email is because they are doing the rounds with other cons in various locations so I appreciate its a busy time.

Im sorry about the inconvenience I hope you get this sorted.

I have a similar issue, I booked back in January for this year's Sheffield AL event, when we came last year, that nice old man @Ojisama said to speak to him about the support worker's ticket, I've been in email contact with the registration team and even though the most recent email was sent circa the middle of last week, they're yet to get back to me

Updated for August Conbooks. London is still waiting on Artwork hence "provisional"

Hey can i ask a question about the London cosplay masquerade, is it one where you just walk on stage and off again, or is singing required? Thanks!

No that's a seperate bit, there's a talent contest as well as the cosplay masquerade.

I entered at Sheffield last year, I couldn't compete with the lasses in Japanese school girl costumes dancing though.

Nice one thanks, there's a section on the sign up form for a link to music which confused me. Its not a required question though so i'll leave it blank
