Crazy to think

As a now 40 year old I remember this place being my go to place for online friends back in highschool, I am really suprised to see it being still around.  It is crazy to think that so many people have come and gone on here not to mention how many when you think about it might be passed away at this point!  I had many fond memories here, also some i'd say not so fond memories being an akward teen and all back when I joined in 2003.  I was watching anime and randomly this place came into my head and I searched and man....this place is still somehow still around?!  In the new age of things i'm suprised an old school forum is still around.  Time is a fickle thing, I have lived, time passed and memories forgotten and buried but for better or worse this place remains and brought back a bit of my youth.  I don't feel old by any means yet but often I forget just how long ago my high school life really was!  No one here old or new is likely to remember me as I don't even think i'd remember a single name of times past from here either but i'd like all you old timers who might one day see this to know that some of us remember....even if just for a second that a flickering of a candle, a whisper in the dark, the haunting of a past long forgotten memory remains with us all of times past.  Best wishes, good hunting and maybe...just maybe....I might browse an eye on here from time to time.
