They allegedly delivered my book this morning while I was out, yet nobody can find it! I've checked the tracking on the RM website and they say it was definitely delivered and there's a photo of the delivery.
This is the second time this month a delivery company's screwed up! Are these people really incompetent or do they just enjoy pissing me off?!
Is there anything I can legally do? I am aware of Google and Royal Mail is a UK company.
Is it just me or are Royal Mail a bunch of incompetent clowns?
