Portrayal of Ralph Wiggum on the Simpsons

I feel his character is a negative portrayal of a Neurodiverse person with a few problems, he gets constantly bullied by the "normal" kids including Bart Simpson, who's said to be on the ASD spectrum himself...

Anyone agree?

The Simpsons is a product of North America,

I don't beee-lieve it!

Probably, but so is the Prince Reagent in S3 of Blackadder.
Baldrick is a negative portrayal of those of little economic means.

It's comedy, sometimes you're the pigeon, sometimes you're the statue.
"Every position must be held to the last man: there must be no retirement. With our backs to the wall and believing in the justice of our cause, each one of us must fight on to the end."

Earl Douglas Haig, Order to the British Army, 12 April 1918

So death, the most terrifying of ills, is nothing to us, since so long as we exist, death is not with us; but when death comes, then we do not exist. It does not then concern either the living or the dead, since the former it is not, and the latter are no more.

to be fair, a LOT of comedy has a habit of punching down

minorities especially are at risk of being joked about
