I'm currently having an issue with Aliexpress.com and Evri, according to Aliexpress, Evri delivered a package I've been waiting for a week last Friday ago (9.1.26), yet I've asked the staff and they said something did come but for someone else.

I spent most of last week contacting both companies, and they keep telling me to go back to the other one.

The item is a custom made Gatchaman (aka Battle of the Planets) Mark costume because I've ordered their XL size 3 times and had to send it back for not fitting me.

Is there anything I can do as I need the costume by Friday the 30th for the AL Liverpool do on the 31st.

I am aware of Google and spent most of yesterday afternoon reading and replying to emails from Evri.
