Was announced yesterday by our esteemed PM Sir Kier Starmer, and the Internet's been blowing its mind about it all day.
For some bizarre reason, the government thinks it'll solve all the problems of "illegal" immigration, because it'll allegedly be impossible to get employment without one... Meh, as a disabled/mildly Autistic late 40s adult, it's nigh on impossible for me to get a job anyway.
