Happy, but a bit confused? Following a very long phone call with O2 thanks to my brilliant social worker, I am now free of debt with O2, however they think I'm leaving and will disconnect my calls and data today, so at some point I'll have to buy a new SIM card, not GiffGaff because their network runs on O2 anyway, and I got banned on their community forum last year.
