Just come off the Facebook chat from hell with "O2" (allegedly), they keep asking me to use apps I've never heard of to verify my account.

Even though I've been an O2 customer on and off since 2009.

Well as I suspected, it turns out that "O2" chat on Facebook on Tuesday morning was indeed a scam! I was in the actual O2 shop in Meadowhall yesterday, and the guy did what the guy in Town should've done last week, and gave me a strap for the Watch, which now actually works.
