Hi

We really enjoyed our time . Especially enjoyed watching Shao Dow and meeting him afterwards he was so lovely and came around to chat to my son and have a photo which made his day .

I attended with my partner and two kiddos we are all neurodivergent we found the environment quite stressful .

I would say the venue wasn’t brilliant . It was very cramped and felt overcrowded especially when entering on the sat. It was confusing on where we were meant to go as a bit of a rabbit warren . There were quite a lot of people getting lost and stressed out. This seemed to be rectified later as staff put a one way system in place and stood around so people could see the staff .

Thanks
Becks

Very disappointed after spending quite alot just getting through the door with my children. Not organised at all well. It was very busy and claustrophobic, after asking multiple staff where to find the item you get when booking in early I was sent in different directions. I went home after a hour or so and gave my raffle tickets away as we couldn't cope and found it very stressful.
