first had to cue up outside for 30 minutes even though i have a vip ticket, they decided to only do one cue for both, after entry told have to cue up again for vip badges, been in the vip cue for passes and merch for a full hour and a half and still no were near the front, apparently they staff is on her own and doest want any help. What a waste of cash, tried speaking to the staff to see if they could do something but they didn't help, already missed a nearly two and a half hour cueing
