Is it expensive that? I might need some myself at some point.

Depends on the level of protection you need. I only need a light set, so I've ordered a cheap set off E-Bay for about £20. Let's face it, I'm getting on a bit so it's not as if I need it to last for a long time.

You've got years left mate
Seeing as I have a rather large chest, I'd need a chest protector, also leg guards and a groin guard and head guard.
In fact I've just been wearing the full kit, including mouth guard for a spot of sparring in class.

37 minutes on Karaoke (Did 5 songs, namely Layla by Eric Clapton, Manic Monday - The Bangles, Sweet Caroline - Neil Diamond, Heartbreak Hotel - Elvis Presley and God Gave Rock and Roll To You - Kiss), also 2 hot chocolates. On the way back I called in Tesco and bought this week's Lottery tickets and a TV Choice.

Owlette costume from PJ Masks (which I will probably either resell or give to a Charity shop), bought on eBay a bit since.

Uber to Victoria Hall this morning (Waste of time! I wouldn't mind but it was advertised as fundraising for Weston Park Cancer Charity, WHY do these Charities have a lot in common with a Piss up in a Brewery when it comes to organising events?!) followed by a Cheese and Marmite Panini and a bag of crisps from a sandwich shop on Chapel Walk, and then a Pint of Ruddles in the Rawson Spring and an extra Lottery ticket from the paper shop.

Well I didn't win the Lottery last night (you think I'd still be sat in a Chair if I'd won £10M? )
And my Taekwondo class got cancelled (at very short notice! Thanks Sir!)
On topic, I went across to the Cafe and bought a hot chocolate and a biscuit this afternoon.
