Dear organisers,
Many thanks for putting together a very varied and exciting programme. My 12yr old son and his friends enjoyed taking part and joining others in getting dressed up as anime characters and trying new and different games.

Two issues that came up that impacted their experience.

The noise levels from the main stage area made it tough for my son to move around the building. He has auditory sensitivity and even with in-ear defenders we had to try to navigate a way around the building so he can escape it which wasn’t easy due to stewards not understanding his needs.

This and the lack of air conditioning made us give the Sunday event a miss after finding out how challenging the Saturday event turned out to be for all concerned.

All the best for future events. Hope they are better ventilated and accessible for everyone
