To reduce their debt liability, TRG (The Restaurant Group) has sold two of it's well known brands to BTG (Big Table Group).

BTG who already own Cafe Rouge, are now the proud owners of Frankie & Benny's and Chiquito. To sweeten the deal, TRG threw in £7.5 million.

How much did BTG pay you might ask?

Just £1.

75 Restaurants AND £7.5 million for just £1.

Just how much debt is hiding in these 2 restaurant chains?
