I tried to open the app to get my booking up this morning for "Strays" at the Odeon, the login failed despite me resetting the password twice.

However, I've discovered it's only the app that doesn't work, the log in on the Odeon website is fully working.

I've queried this with the Odeon staff, and they've opened a support ticket, which probably won't be sorted till next week, and I have another booking at the Odeon for tomorrow morning to see Elemental again following the failed visit last week.

I didn't have to pay for it, so it doesn't matter if I just don't turn up.

I'm not going through all that faffery again from this morning.

Anyway, have any other Odeon customers had a problem with the app or is it just me?

I am aware of Google.

So, you open a topic and get anstsy when nobody responds within an hour? Welcome to the world of forums. If you want a quick response, use the Discord, but even then it will depend.

Has it occurred to you that maybe nobody else uses the said app? I certainly don't. Neither of my sons do, and they go to the cinema way more than I do. In fact, you are the only person I know that uses the app. Hence, I am unable to offer any opinion about the efficiency of the app.
