Chinese from the local. Gin and tonic. Gin and Tonic. Gin and tonic. Coffee. Prawn crackers.
Once you’ve met someone, you never really forget them. it just takes a while for your memories to return

Beef & Ale Pie with chips and peas, with a pint of beer.
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

About to go make a protein shake, and then breakfast in a bit.

I'd go out later for coffee and stuff, I need some shopping but I have NO money and I'm under orders from Mum not to order stuff from Tesco online.
I don't beee-lieve it!

Just had a cheese sandwich for lunch and a coffee.

Went across to the cafe earlier and had a hot chocolate, not bad for 2 quid.

Chicken chargrills and chips, chocolate Lolly and Strawberries, topped off by a coffee.

Normally I'd have set off for TKD class 10 minutes ago but I decided it's too hot to train tonight, intense sweat would've killed both my hearing aids.
I don't beee-lieve it!
