HP Envy 6000 printer/scanner/copier

1 month ago I bought the above for £60 on Amazon.

I've successfully been using it up to towards the end of last week, now for some reason, it's not detected by my Chrome OS desktop.

Do I need to contact Amazon for a service?

I am aware of Google.

Is it wired or wifi?

If wifi, you may need to "reactivate" your HP Smart account. I had this problem with my printer a few months ago. I kept getting an "offline" message. After I logged into my HP account that went away.
