Waiting for the waste of space that is the Housing to come and fix my Boiler, I wouldn't mind but the Flat's freezing, I can't have a bath as there's no hot water.

They've marked it as URGENT but I bet they still don't come till Monday.

I wouldn't mind but I've been a rent paying tenant for 16 years.

Been waiting all day for the Housing to come and fix the Boiler, I still don't think they'll come by the end of today even though I rang up this morning and they marked it as URGENT! About as much use as a broken flippin' Kettle.
