Personally I either play a fighting game and virtually kick several shades of brown stuff out of people, or stick some good old classic rock on Alexa (usually the late Meat Loaf, I know most of his classics off by heart)

I also go on a long swear word filled rant on my Blog.

Handing it over to you guys, how do you destress after an annoying day?

I don't beee-lieve it!

When you've had an annoying day, what do you do to destress?

These days, the most stressful thing in my life is deciding which pair of socks to wear.

If I do need to destress, I read manga, have a long bath, watch anime. I have been known to utter the occasional expletive, but not often.

Contrary to most beliefs, it is not good to be stressed or angry when you train in a martial art. Your muscles are tense, your limbs are stiff, and you lack control and focus.

I have moved this to GD.
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

Yeah you just want to get to the sparring at the end of class and beat somebody up.

Only reason I don't spar is because I did a full sparring session up at Wesley Hall towards the end of last November, and wearing the head guard literally killed my hearing aid, since then, Dad won't let me spar, which is annoying because out of the whole class, there's only me that doesn't spar.
I don't beee-lieve it!
