Above.
Dad won't let me change Banks though.
Is there anything legal we can do?

I hate my bank as well.
I think hating banks is a universal thing.
Tell us the rest of your story.
What are you trying to do??

Basically, due to card problems, I got a new main Bank card last month, and it doesn't work at all online, except on Amazon.
I spoke to Paypal last week, as I tried to add the new card on there and the verification failed, they said other customers had reported the same issue, and they're doing a "system update", and to expect an email when the system update's completed, I've had several emails all week about failed payments but not that.
Consequently, due to problems, I've got upset, support worker's gone home, the team leader's off sick, and the support company's got NO staff to do the rest of an 8 hour call.
I hate my life.
I don't beee-lieve it!

I have 1 stupid yet obvious question.
Have you used the card at an ATM first??
Just because sometimes before using a new card
you have to activate them at an ATM first otherwise
they tend not to work.

Yeah sorry I don't mean for it to come out that way.
I literally just want to help or give helpful suggestions if I can.
Then the only other reason why your payments are not
going through is probably because your bank is blocking them.
You'll probably have to go into your main branch and tell them what
is going on and see what they advise.

I've been to the local Branch of Virgin Money about 3 times this month about the issue, and they either can't or won't do anything, as according to them, there's no issue with either of my cards.TheRedWarrior wrote: ↑21 Oct 2022, 12:52richardallen1976 wrote: ↑21 Oct 2022, 12:44TheRedWarrior wrote: ↑21 Oct 2022, 12:40I have 1 stupid yet obvious question.

And logic dictates that as the main card works on Amazon, that's correct, it just doesn't work anywhere else though, well I did use it to update my payment for WWE Network last week, and that appears to have worked.

Well I tried to use my card on Amazon this afternoon, it says I need to verify the card details, eh? It worked earlier this week.

There's now only 1 item that doesn't work, my Roxi premium account, as both cards have failed for the payment, and the company's been shouting at me since last week, about the payments failing.
I don't beee-lieve it!
