What's the last thing you bought or will buy?

Seeing as how I stood on 3 nails while I was dismantling my old garden shed, I'll be going out to get some sturdy work boots.
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

I picture you balancing on upright nails like some pro ninja. Like jumping from nail to nail. But that's just because you talk about martial arts and I'm a bit silly.

Maybe not so silly. The nails were about an inch long and had gone through the sole of my shoe like a hot knife through butter. After the third one, my son got really anxious and made me take my shoes off, going on about tetanus and such.

No blood on my socks. No punctures on the bottom of my foot. Just a little dimple where the last one had been. Skin like leather on the bottom of my feet.

Your son's not daft, could've been quite nasty that.

I've just put a bid on a 1 bed Flat on Deer Park Road in Stannington, however I can virtually guarantee I won't get it.

Don't worry, it's not the Deer Park Flats Tower block, the girl who does Mum's hair lives on there and says it's terrible.

New phone upgrade on my O2 contract, gone from a Motorola G5 Play to a Google Pixel 6.

Also, yesterday, after scouring various fancy dress sites on Google, I bought an extra large 2nd skin Batman suit on eBay, and it was actually about a tenner cheaper than the one that I bought on Joke.co.uk last week.

I bought this smartphone projector thing thinking it was gonna be crappy and not work but my god, for £10 it’s actually pretty good. I can watch anime in bed projecting it on my ceiling, the picture is fairly clear and massive

I'm half tempted to purchase Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova for Xbox on Amazon, comes out tomorrow, but I'm loath to spend £43 on it, especially when I've got Taekwondo related stuff to purchase soon, but I don't get paid from work till next week.
