What was the name of the anime where they were fighting a super strong villain and the villain was about to finish one of the mc's friends or members and the mc(I'm not sure if it's the mc) was trying to run as fast as he could to stop the villain but he was too slow and while on slow motion he was thinking about how he wasn't fast enough to save the "friend" but then all of a sudden he got so fast the villain
