Visually it would have to be Dead Leaves, but I think Serial Experements Lain wins overall.

I said the same. Jingai-san no Yome is so weird. But I used to watch it after an episode of Tokyo Ghoul Re:2, it helped me forget how bad the 2nd season was

I would have to go with Midori Days. A guys left hand becomes the upper portion of a girl. No explantion how it happened though.
