i've had a little less anxiety lately which has been nice, but depression is still a struggle

I'm not depressed anymore I'm just worried even anxious becauz I'm not articulate and barely hav any social skills so now I don't try. I don't have that need for spending time for others but it's like being wired with something evolutionary detrimental like always being full even when you're starving. Detrimental becauz no one can truly be independent, it's just an illusion and just a pie in the sky thinking. I'm working on a music projekt to reflect my mind state and it's the only reason I don't want to die yet. I need to finish this.
