If you buy games from Game.co.uk (UK) don't use the Fraser's Plus app for payment

I spoke to them yesterday, even though we specifically went to the Bank last week to pay off my account with Fraser's, they sent me an email yesterday morning charging £12 for "late" payment! I rang 'em up to query it, eventually the guy called James told me they'd messed up and payment actually WAS received from the Bank last week.

Do NOT use this company, they are incompetent fraudsters who clearly don't know what they're doing.

If you buy from Game.co.uk, buy it outright if you can, don't use the credit service.
