Do you like games with turn based combat?

I personally don't, I was put off by Phantasy Star Online on the Dreamcast in 2002.
Well apart from stuff like Cassette Beasts and TemTem, Pokemon clones.
How about you guys?

I've never really been a fan of turn based. First one I played was final fantasy 3 back in the 90s and it wasn't really my thing. I've tried others as well but haven't really grown to like them any more. The last one I enjoyed was South Park: The Stick of Truth, but that was more because it was South Park, I remember getting annoyed with the combat. I do like some card turn based games like Slay the Spire, it's basically the same thing but it just works for me.

they are my favorite!
i got started with them young and continue to enjoy them to this day
playing one now (infinite wealth) and having quite a good amount of fun with it

I like them but I hate trying to walk around and you get bombarded by monsters every step.
Then when you're grinding you can't trigger an attack and you actually want to.
I'm talking about YOU Final Fantasy!!!!!

I like turn based games, they're nostalgic (I grew up with Final Fantasy) and sometimes it's nice to have as many moments as you need to make the decision of your next move.
Active-time combat is also a nice in between of turn based and action based combat.
