I see it in the same way as flashing people on social media. It's incredibly indecent, but there was no danger and it would be wrong to compare it to actual rape. I think a better consequence would be a permanent ban from the virtual platforms they use. With how serious online safety measures are getting, it should become easier to report things like this.
