Xbox achievements not syncing with Xbox Network?

It's happening again!
I got 500 points on a game I saw on a walkthrough on YouTube last week (Rattivity Lab) plus some other points, and they don't "count" on my score yet?
Is there a server issue?
I am aware of Google/Xbox.com.
They have Xbox achievements in North America/Canada, Xbox is an American company!
Well the achievements are still broken, I got 30 points on a Game Pass game this morning and 3 hours later, they still don't count.
Same with over 500 points I got last night!
