MS Xbox Reward Points?

It says I've achieved enough points to get a £5 voucher, there's a new game I want to spend the points on, however when I go to rewards.microsoft.com it wants a code, and on my Xbox it doesn't tell me the code?!

Would there be a way to get it?

I am very aware of Google.
