Lil Gator Game - Xbox not loading beyond loading screen?

And they're charging about £12 for the privelige of downloading it? Eh?!

I have Googled the problem, and the suggested fix did not work, ie holding down the Power button on my console for 10 seconds and restarting.

I've also uninstalled/reinstalled the game at least twice.
