Xbox Series X out of warranty repairs?

Normally I'd contact MS via Xbox.com, but I'm already on my third console in nearly 3 years for the same issue, knackered disc drive.
I've just installed Double Dragon: Rise of the Gaiden, and it won't load beyond the first loading screen, it could be the game itself but logic dictates it's the disc drive.
Can anyone help?
