I just bought the above for £6.25, however I can't get it to run on Linux Penguin even though I tested another game already in my Library and it works.

I've tried to run it in compatibility mode as that usually works, but it hasn't this time.

Can anyone help?

I am aware of Google.

 

I ran a quick search and found this- a discussion on steam, seems to be an across the board issue for Linux users. Not too sure what would apply to you because a few things are suggested here. I'm not very familiar with Linux Penguin myself either so I'm not sure if it's gonna be helpful but it's worth a try when you get round to it.

I contacted Steam support last night, they said it's only compatible on Ubuntu 22.04 64 bit.

Yeah idk why :/ didn't think it would matter because the comments were still in English at least but it was the only link I could find that might help

The game is confirmed playable for Steam OS, so anything based on Arch should work as well. I'd recommend trying Manjaro if its worth it to you to switch linux distributions.

Are you running an Nvidia GPU? If so, you are going to have more compatibility issues than if you were on AMD on linux due to the drivers not being open source.

So I tried the game on Ubuntu 22.04 64 bit last week, and it still doesn't even run! Just crashes back to Steam after the loading screen! Eh?!
