I requested a call via Xbox.com about half an hour ago regarding the Series S overheating issue I reported on here last week, they rang back almost immediately on the landline (mobile's on charge), the girl couldn't hear me even though due to deafness I have a rather loud voice, I hung up and they rang me back, I explained the problem, and she's put me on hold, after about 12 and half minutes I gave up and hung up.
Is this a common problem? They're usually pretty good.
I am aware of Google/Xbox.com.
