Breakers Collection on Xbox

I bought and downloaded this new collection of 2 fighting games on Xbox this morning, and having played it, it's almost a carbon "Warts and all" copy of Street Fighter, even one of the female characters actually looks and fights exactly like Chun Li in Street Fighter 2, same winning taunt and everything, there's also other characters that are VERY similar to their Street Fighter counterparts such as Condor, who's a Zangief clone, and Alsiom III who's a Dhalsim clone.

Should Capcom be seeking legal action against QuByte Classics for copyright infringement?
