Tekken 8 doesn't have a release date yet, but we had a new trailer at The Game Awards which confirmed fighters Paul Phoenix, King, Law, Lars, Jack-8 and Jun Kazuma will join Jin and Kazuya in this sequel.

Still no release date, but confirmation that development is continuing for release on PS5, XBox X|S and PC vis Steam.
New promo video shows Nina Williams as a returning playable character.

I might have a look if/when it gets a release date, I know Street Fighter 6 is out in June and that's on my radar as it'll be on Xbox.

It won’t be till 2023 I think. I know the Tekken world tour this year is being done with Tekken 7. Also they have only just submitted Alpha testing applications so there’s still a lot of development to go

Could be a good year for fighting games, Street Fighter 6 is out on Friday, Mortal Kombat 1 in a few months, and this.

The game will launch on January 26, 2024
The game is under development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
