I received the new Man of Medan from them on Xbox yesterday, in actual fact I accidentally ordered 2 copies, one of which needs to go back as I can't afford £35 each on 2 copies of the same game.

I sent them an email this morning (and accidentally used my work email account as I thought I was logged into my own Hotmail account) but they're yet to send the return label.

Do I need to do anything to hurry this up?

Like most companies post Pandemic, they don't have a phone number, only an email address or Snail mail address.

They've emailed me an address to send it back, at my own expense, I'll pop up to Upperthorpe Post Office tomorrow morning.
