Above.

Due to Bank card and Paypal problems, Game have been shouting at me since last week, about various orders that would've been dispatched soon.

I've contacted customer services on live chat and email, to explain the problem and request they cancel the orders, most of which I actually cancelled myself, but this one particular order, Plague Tale Requiem on Xbox, due for delivery next Tuesday, cannot be cancelled so they'll keep spamming me about payment issues, which I am acutely aware of as my former main Bank card was cut up at the Virgin Money Bank circa last Thursday due to various issues.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Ha - been a while since I heard somebody use the term bobbins!

I've not had any issues myself but i've heard a few people mention having issues with GAME online recently. I'd definitely recommend complaining on social media - they tend to put public complaints first!

Indeed, I've bought at least 2 games in the last 3 months from them that haven't worked, I contacted them last week, regarding Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo on Xbox, which after several downloaded updates, and uninstalling/reinstalling about 5 times, still doesn't work.

I finally got a return label off them from Evri yesterday, and will be taking it to Stannington Road paper shop at tea time where there's an Evri Parcelshop.

In future I'll buy all my games on Amazon, in most cases it's cheaper and the delivery's free and considerably quicker.

That's disgraceful! I'd definitely be looking elsewhere. Especially if they're using Evri for returns - it should never be inconvenient to return something!

To be fair, Evri, while they're far from perfect, are more reliable than Royal Mail at the moment, they don't keep going on strike about pay and conditions for a start.

Definitely more reliable for on time, just inconvenient to find a drop off location instead of it being picked up in my opinion. But then again I am mostly housebound so :haha:
