Anyone else still play APB: Reloaded?

Haven't played it on a regular basis since 2013, but I decided to give it another go recently. I like the game, but the trouble is it seems everyone else who still plays it has been continuously playing since day one, so their skills are on another level compared to someone like me who's been away from it for so long. Anyway, back to my question, is anyone else still playing it?
