Probably a daft question but does anyone know how to get past the character creation screen on TemTem on Xbox?

I downloaded it last week on Series X, it works nice and peachy, but every time I create my character, it won't let me start the whole game.

I don't think it's my Xbox as I had it refurbished from MS the other week, they sent it me back a week last Thursday ago.

I am not too sure, sorry I dont play Tem Tem myself but I know someone who plays, not on Xbox unfortunately so Im not sure if its the same :/

My support worker managed to get past the character creation page last week.
