Belly Drum is pretty good, but it can be a bit hit and miss if you do raids with other players. If everyone is using Belly Drum, and then getting knocked out next turn, it eats your timer real fast. Usually the plan with Iron Hands is to Belly Drum, pray, and then Drain Punch back to full.
Its not so risky if what you are fighting likes to use a turn or two for buffs. Ideally someone is running a support pokemon (eg Gardvoir with Light Screen/Reflect and Helping Hand) and will realize everyone else is Belly Drumming and will cheer to heal first.
