What's that? You like farming sims like Stardew or Story of Seasons? What's that? You liked the combat aspects of Stardew, but wish they were a little bit more in-depth? What's that? You wish that you had a game with a crafting system so complicated it needs an hour long Youtube video to properly explain all of the details? What's that? You like involved stories with an anime twang to them?

You want Rune Factory 4!

Rune Factory 5 has just released today in the US and on the 25th in the EU.

I've barely touched 5 so far but it seems like more of the same as 4 and that, I'm THRILLED with! I'm so so so so glad that Marvelous swooped in and picked up the old Rune Factory staff in order to keep pumping out Rune Factory games. My farming sims I've spent the most time in are definitely Rune Factory games, and for _very_ good reason. They're time sinks, but with the wealth of content you get, it's easy to love them.

Anyone hype for 5? Anyone played 4 or previous entries in the series? Who's your favorite bachelor/bachelorette?

This is one of my favorite series! I have at least attempted all of them, but only 1, 3, and 4 really stuck with me enough to play all the way through, some of them several times (Frontier would have been, but it didnt have Felicity). Just picked up RF5 today, and have been enjoying it quite a bit. Do not have a favorite bachelorette yet, but past favorites of mine have been Felicity, Sofia, Raven, and Dolce.
