Gundam Evolution is a 6v6 hero shooter on Steam and consoles.

Think Overwatch but big robots.

It's free to play and use a seasonal battle pass system, with a majority of suits unlocked out the gate. Seasons last roughly 2 months. There is also the usual stuff like sprays, skins, weapon skins and pilot voices which you get in loot boxes. You can buy these with real money, or with in game currency you earn by playing the game.

Season 3

I nerd out over Gundam, so I'll be all over this game when it comes out. Anyone else interested in Gundam and/or hero shooters in general? Might be worth looking into, especially because it will be f2p. There is a beta test coming in April you can opt in for, the site should have a link up the top somewhere.

Q: The grandaddy of all Gundams, RX-78-2, is the best mobile suit though right?

I'm also disappointed it's SEED DOM and not the original one. And no flash light ability to blind people.

Yeah, I might end up maining the DOM Trooper and Zaku II. I might dip into the GM. I prefer Zeon suits either way.

Bump. I've been not around so I missed adding info for Season 2. Game is currently in Season 3 and seems to still be doing okay. They added Nu Gundam (Season 2) and Hyperion Gundam (Season 3) with a second suit coming out in the last half of the season. I've stopped playing myself, partly due to RL stuff, and partly because it's a pain to switch to a US account to play it lol. Season 4 will add Australia to the servers, so I'll revisit it then I think.
