Mine came today. Didn't set it up yet. Found a couple more at my local Walmart I picked up for Christmas presents.

Don't put your PS5 in rest mode or there's a chance you'll brick it.

Because somehow Sony missed that.

I will eventually get one probably next summer I'll be getting the series X first.

I would say i'm surprised but really, I don't think I am..

i'm not getting one for at least 6 months to a year

don't need one and the only game i want to play is demon's souls

Yeah, I'm also waiting for about 6 months. Not a bit enough selection of games yet, there's gonna be loads of issues with them to start with and that the moment, my PS4 is basically just a devicw for Genshin and streaming services

Dunno whether or not to get it. At the moment I'm very happy with my XBOS and using Game Pass. But then again the generation is still young so plenty of time to get a PS5, it doesn't have to be an over night thing.

If you're not super into it then i'd say wait until there's games that appeal to you!

That's my philosophy too, there's nothing at launch that makes me wanna buy a PS5 i wil certainly get one but probably a year from now. Game Pass and a few other features are keeping me brand loyal atm

I was originally going to be getting both next gen systems, but decided to not get them in the end. I wont look into getting a PS5 until after xmas. PS5 does not release in europe until 19th November and we will already have a firmware update to do.

I'm getting mine later today. So far, other than Astro's Playroom, I may look into Demon's Souls. I also have PS Now and PS+ so I'll start pulling in the Plus collection games and I'll be playing through my PS4 games (with better performance and on a console that won't sound like it's going to take off lol)

I picked up an extra DualSense (also usable on PS3) and the design is better than the DS4 IMO

I wish they had custom themes but I'm guessing they'll add it in later...hopefully?

I still don't get why they wouldn't add them from the get go, it seems like such a simple feature?
