i only use Steam for point and click games. I recommend Monkey Island, Thimbleweed Park, Day of the Tentacle and Sam and Max.

I've never really gotten into any of the Sims games, I know its one of those games that almost everyone played but the last time I played I set the house on fire when making food and the stupid bitch wouldn't even get out of the house/put the fire out/call emergency services or anything. She died and I never touched the game again XD

Pyre is an amazing game. Wonderful artstyle, amazing writing and a great cast of characters. I would reccomend all the games by the developers of that.

>Observer_ is a fantastic atmospheric psychological horror. Doesn't rely on Jumpscares at all to be spooky, that's how good it is.

System Shock 2 for an Old School Survival Horror RPG.

The S.T.A.L.K.E.R series is a fantastic atmospheric FPS game. Usually billed as a horror but it's not really that spooky (There are some exeptions like the lab in SOC and bloodsucker next in CoP) But it's atmosphere is so thick you can cut it with a knife. Also, charmingly janky and a little unstable.

Anything by Newblood if you like old school shooters.

Dungeon of the Endless is a nice Dungeon Crawler/Tower Defence hybrid.

Omnibus

Va-11 Hall-A

Zeno Clash A first person beat-em up set in quite a strange world. Source Engine goodness.

Ooooo thanks for the recommendations! Will be sure to check those out. Some of those I already have but haven't played properly, pretty sure I have S.T.A.L.K.E.R and Systen Shock already. Thanks again!

I've played Among Us with friends over voice chat and it was a blast. The online with randoms was pretty underwhelming in comparison tho.

Funnily enough, my dad was talking about Don't Starve and he said that he thought I might like it. Not really crazy over survival games though. I'm prepared to buy it on sale just in case I don't like it then I don't feel guilty aboit spending as much money haha

Has anyone played Life is Strange 2 yet? I loved the first one but usually sequels fail to love up to the greatness of an original title.
