ahaha not long for in game hours, probably ages irl because we rarely have the time to game together

I've just started playing Stardew Valley yesterday on Xbox and I can say that fishing is my least favorite activity to do in the game. xD If anyone has any tips, I'd love to hear them.

fish by the rock in the ocean off the pier on the very left handside
it has fish which are +1 quality which helps you level fishing faster
i usually crank out the first 2 - 4 levels of fishing in like a week of gametime by just fishing over there

I would also say I think fishing is one of those things that becomes a lot more fun after an upgrade or two, the first rod is very frustrating
