Sonic Adventure DX

Open Your Heart is obviously one of my favourites from this game, as it's undoubtedly one of the BEST sonic vocal tracks

I also really like Unknown From M.E. (I BELIEVE that was Adventure 1? Forgive me if i'm wrong) and Tails and Amy have good theme songs too. Stagewise, Casinopolis and Red Mountain have good tracks. I used to enjoy Emerald Coast's music a lot too, but I got a bit sick of it when my PC copy of the game corrupted the music files and played it ALL THE TIME. Adventure field wise, MYSTIC RUINS HECK YES

Skyrim

The intro song is unique to the game just on its own.
I like fantasy music and composers in general. I think the music compliments the game very well and if you are into rpg, you can really get lost in it which makes it one of my favourite games.

Touhou 6: Embodiment of Scarlet Devil

Septette of the Dead Princess and U.N. Owen Was Her?

The entire soundtrack is rather special though

Chrono Cross is my favorite OST, it's so many different things. It's pretty, it's calming, it's dance-y, it's atmospheric, it's intense. Almost every track is perfect for the zone you're in, and each track is diverse enough you feel like each area is different from the last. Yeah, the story may be a mess, but Mitsuda absolutely nailed this soundtrack.

Castlevania Symphony of the night made me love classical music. Such great music. Listen to it honestly.

Undertale

My favourite tracks from this would be Megalovania (Of course), Your Best Friend, Death By Glamour and Spider Dance.

That being said, the entire soundtrack is amazing and I don't think there's a single track I hate. In fact, if you look at my last.fm the Undertale soundtrack is my second most played album EVER, so I think that speaks volumes for how much I like it.

That said, Undertale does have an amazing soundtrack!

edit: Ghost Fight is also good, but I think that's the one that's similar/produced by Napstablook(?)

I'm always a fan of the Castlevania series' soundtracks, especially the earlier titles. :-)
But the Final Fantasy series ranks high in my books as well.
