honestly there's so many now it's kind of hard to keep up with them all (at least my wallet says as much)

as far as indie games i've really enjoyed in the past:

-super hexagon (very, very challenging with an incredibly high skill ceiling)
-stardew valley (not quite as good as rune factory 4 but an incredible farming sim)
-long live the queen (simulator where you to end up queen against hurdles like other nations plotting assassinations against you)
-recettear (you run an item shop for adventurers in this wacky jrpg-style game)
-magicka (kind of a crazy game, but tons of fun for multiplayer! you mix and match element types to create spells and blast enemies)
-mighty switch force 1 & 2 (short little puzzle games)
-gunman clive (mega man style cowboy game)

Cheers lolin I will have a look at those when I get a chance to, they might also be added on to the indie game panel as well.

i've only actually ever played through the game once to try to become queen so my opinion is a little unjust but overall i had a good time

it's definitely a solid experience and it's well put together!

I'm pretty sure I have stardew valley all ready on the list but I will have a look tomorrow evening as I'll be on the pc then and I do enjoy stardew myself.

oh... you gotta try I Wanna Be the Guy... it masterfully recreates that feel of those 80s and 90s games that kids from that era loved back then

I'm not a big fan of indie games but my favorites are.
Griss , Inside , Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night , My Friend Pedro , A Plague Tale: Innocence.
Classic card games : worldofsolitaire.org.uk

Don't Starve and Darkest Dungeon are two indie games that are fantastic and I fully recommend everyone playing.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
