What games do you not like/hate?
For me personally... Sports games based on football ect are not my thing. I find them incredibly boring.

You know I used to like maddon football s long time ago but it lost it's appeal years ago the only thing sporty is lost for speed but I guess it's not really sporty type game.

Sports games don't thrill me either, I feel you there.
I'm also not a fan of survival horror usually because it seems most are in the trend of making you run away from ALL situations, instead of being able to defend yourself for some. I don't mind stuff like Resident Even 3 with Nemesis or Silent Hill 2 with Pyramid Head, where you actually can't fight them, but most enemies you can take out. Things like Outlast just bug me because I don't feel like it's fair that you can't defend yourself.
Shmups/Shoot-em-ups I'm not big on, same with the subgenre of Bullet Hell. I just don't want to put in the time to practice them to get great at them. They don't interest me enough to.
I used to be super big into fighting games till I realized I was absolute trash at them and always will be apparently, so I don't play those anymore either.

agreed lol i'll play any game if it's well made, decent mechanics and/or storyline is all that's required for me.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

Anything handheld. Also bullethells

XD
Seems one of the common themes is sports games.
lolin I love horror and survival horror... i love the challenge of them and the stories. I get what you mean that they are unfair..but i enjoy being able to kick ass in horror and then on the other hand...i like the rush of having to be careful and hide... using your enviroment. Might just be me but it gives me a special experience, cause with most games i play... i just kill everything that moves.
Beerkeg XD anything handheld, how come?

They're uncomfortable. Also I never have a time when I could play them. I only go places if I have a reason to go. Public transport trips are too short and longer trips are done by car. If I'm staying at a hotel I have a laptop with me. And when I'm at home I have a great PC.

Understandable, goes by what is more workable for you :3

Western RPGs and FPSs. I just find them all dull and boring. with most games with First-Person view, you play one and you've played them all pretty much
Anime-Planet.com - anime | manga | watch anime onlinel

Ahh the generic trap of some games... though it happens quite a lot these days over many game genres.
Re: What games do you not like/hate?
I don't like almost all games. I consider them a waste of time.
Some exceptions are games with stories which are on par with books/anime/manga/good TV series/good films etc. These are rare. Some examples are good visual novels and games like Planescape: Torment.
I don't enjoy moving my avatar in a game and performing tasks. It'd be better if someone else did it, so I don't need to make any effort. Sometimes I watch walkthroughs, if I think a game is particularly interesting. I don't enjoy solving puzzles in games because it takes a lot of time and requires mental effort. I don't like trying again and again. I think my time and effort might be spent better elsewhere.
These are of course my personal feelings about games in general. Games are not bad or anything like that, it's just that I personally don't enjoy most of them.
